Return/Exchange Policy
Here at AJ’s Uniforms, we strive to do our best to fulfill your needs
and satisfaction. However, if we made an error on your order we hope you will
accept our apology and we ask that you contact us upon receipt so that we can
gladly fix it.
Items must be returned 15 days from
receipt of merchandise in its original packaging and original unused and
resalable condition. Laundered items or items missing manufacturer tags cannot
be returned. A 50% restock fee will be
incurred on all returns after 15 days.
Contact us immediately via email at service@uniformstyle.com or through
our live chat on our home page with a description of your issue within 15 days
of delivery date. You’ll need the order number & item number to be
returned. We will email an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) to you with
detailed instructions for return. Repackage the item(s) in the original
shipping box (if possible) with a copy or printout of the emailed RMA and place
it inside the box with the item to be returned. We will credit your account after we receive and inspect the items.

guarantee within 15 days with the following necessary exceptions:
All returns, other than shipping
damaged goods or incorrect shipments, are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE
ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS
WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 20% RE-STOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING
FEES.
Embroidered sales and Clearance
Items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. For
sanitary reasons, medical supplies such as stethoscopes are also
non-returnable, non-refundable or exchangeable.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering solids, we STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you buy both pieces for your set from the same brand. Since different brands have different manufacturers, there may be a shade diffence between the pieces, even if they are the same color. We also recommend that for your sets you choose similar fabric compositions as they will wash differently. Prints are generally safe, however, if there are sections that are solid, a contrast trim for example, then most people prefer to stick to the same brand when choosing the pants, especially when they are going to match the pants to the solid section.

the very best prices. For us to continue in this tradition, please note the

If you are unsure you want to keep your footwear, please do
not wear them outside. Please test footwear at home on carpeted surfaces to preserve the new sole.
Avoid wearing new footwear for prolonged periods until you're sure the fit is
correct. Please follow he same instructions and guidelines stated under our
Return/Exchange Policy.
Credit on returned footwear will be given at the discretion of AJ’s Uniforms
based on our evaluation of the condition of the returned footwear.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a AJ's Uniforms product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, AJ's Uniforms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AJ's Uniforms reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AJ's Uniforms shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Terms Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by AJ's Uniforms without notice at any time, for any reason.
